Administrator Access and Advanced Support Issues
The Integrity Website Service uses the WordPress platform. We have given each office “Editor” level access. Higher level privileges are not available; you must contact our support department to request any advanced modifications, which will be done at our discretion (some changes including changes to templates and appearance, and certain plugins and code snippets, are not allowed).

Advanced Technical Support
One domain name registration is included as part of the price of your Integrity Website Service package; however, you may have multiple domain names linked to your Integrity website. If we registered your first domain for you, then that counts as your free domain. You can either register other domains yourself and contact us for assistance with setting them up (proper domain pointing is done through the nameserver method, not through A or CNAME records), or if you are unsure on how to do this, we can register and renew additional domains for an extra charge of $6/month.
If you own your primary domain and manage the registration and renewal yourself, then you are still eligible for one domain name managed and renewed by Integrity. You can either transfer your primary domain to us so as to not have to handle renewals and management yourself, or you can request that we buy a second domain for you.
If you want to change your primary domain name, you will need to open a Premium Support ticket using this link. The fee for changing your domain name will be $75 plus any additional registration fees. In order to preserve search engine ranking you should keep your old domain name active for at least one year; if Integrity handles your domain registration we will require this.
You will need to contact support to set up any of these arrangements.
We do not set up logins for third party consultants. You will have to give your office’s admin username and password. Please also be advised that Integrity support will only work with the Integrity doctor or office staff, so consultants may not contact support on your behalf without prior permission.
Any damage caused to your website by a third party consultant, including reverting unsupported or forbidden changes that are outside the terms of service for the Integrity Website Service, will require a minimum $75 editing fee which will be assessed to the office.
If it is necessary for a third party support person, consultant, SEO advisor, etc. to contact us by phone to work out details, you must first authorize them as well as pay for a premium support ticket ($75/hour). You will also be responsible for premium support charges if a SEO advisor requests or requires Integrity staff to make changes to your website, such as changing page titles or performing a custom configuration in the All In One SEO plugin. We also cannot guarantee that updates or changes on our end will not undo the work of a third party SEO advisor. No refunds of support fees or website service fees will be granted in the event this occurs.
We advise you to speak with your Integrity coach or consultant (rather than the website support department) about your goals for your website and what you intend your website to accomplish for your office prior to hiring any SEO consultants or making changes to your website. Your coach or consultant will be able to pass concerns and goals along to the Webmaster who can then work to achieve these goals.
Please use the Premium Website Assistance link to contact our Head Webmaster, who will go through your site and restore it to working order (and can place any updates or make any changes you need as part of the process). This is not a free service but may be necessary for recovering from failed editing attempts if the site layout is altered or damaged.
Alternatively, you can request free editing assistance using our standard Contact Support form, but support will be limited to pointing you in the right direction to make the repairs yourself, or telling you where to go in your website’s Administrator area to fix the site yourself. Free editing assistance does not include actual changes made to your site by Integrity staff.
Some Integrity doctors have chosen to have more than one website — a site with the Integrity Website Service and a second site with an old web host, a competing chiropractic website company, or with Hibu.
You may not, however, be aware that having multiple sites does not increase your visibility on Google but instead causes the sites to be detected as duplicates of each other, potentially getting one or both sites demoted or removed from Google! We hope that you will enjoy using the Integrity website service and that we will be able to help you maintain a good, competitive ranking in Google’s index. If you choose to have competing websites, however, we may be unable to assist and you are likely to see very sub-par results from your Integrity website. If you would like information on how to shut down other sites and have them absorbed into your Integrity website, please contact our support department.
As a general policy, we do not allow custom scripts, codes, header tags, or similar content to be added to our websites.
In the case of DemandForce, we do support minimal integration in the form of adding their Reviews and Appointment links into our existing buttons. Please contact us with your DemandForce URL or account information (not the code they provide for webmasters) and we will integrate it with your website.
We have already installed Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Bing Webmaster Tools. Any office that desires access to these reports may contact us (through the “Contact Customer Support” link here) and request access to those existing profiles.
We will not, except under unusual circumstances, replace the Google Analytics account we have set up with one under the doctor’s ownership as we also need access to the Analytics dashboard when performing updated SEO or other account changes or upgrades. If an office insists on using their own Google Analytics tracking code, they do so understanding that Integrity is not obligated to continue offering complete SEO for that website due to our ability to do so being limited.
Our websites cannot have header tags or code added and there is no ability to modify the actual HTML code of the websites.
While it may be possible to add script or tag code directly in a post or page in the WordPress administrator area, this is not allowed and is unsupported. Upgrades or changes may break the code at any time, and code that poses a security risk or interferes with a function of the website may be removed, or lead to the website being suspended.
If third-party scripts or code need to be added (such as for Google AdWords), they should be done through WordPress plugins. Contact Customer Support to request installation of a plugin; the Webmaster will consider the request and either install it or notify the office in case of denial. On a free support tier, you must research the plugin and submit it to the support department (as well as all relevant connection information, possibly including login credentials) for review. We are not obligated to add the plugin, but will add it if deemed appropriate by website administrative staff. On a paid support tier, we will search for an appropriate plugin and add it for you, working with you to enter the proper information.
