If your address or phone number have changed, you need to update the information in three places on the site. One is the map on the Location and Hours page. The map on your Location and Hours page is actually tied to your Google Local Business entry so you can change that at http://www.google.com/local/add/ or http://plus.google.com/. Please note that changes made to your Google Local Business entry might require a verification PIN to be sent through the mail, as well as a period of time while Google’s servers update. This process can, combined, take as long as a month.
The other two areas to update are in the Appearance -> Widgets area. There are two “Visual Editor” entries — one in the Primary Sidebar and the other in Footer 1 — one containing just the phone number and the other having both the address and phone number. Update the Primary Sidebar widget if your phone number has changed. If only your street address has changed, then you only need to update the Footer 1 widget.
