We are sorry to see you go. The first step toward cancelling your Integrity website is to fill out the Account Services form. This will initiate a billing review with our accounting department. If your account is current and in good standing, the release will then be sent to the Webmaster to process. If your account is past due with any skipped or missed payments we will require you to settle the account balance in full prior to transferring your website.
If you own your domain name and manage it yourself, nothing more is required. The Webmaster will delete your account and files from our servers and you are free to point your domain name to another company. If we own and manage your domain name then you will need to provide GoDaddy account credentials (login ID and associated email address) and we will transfer the domain into that account. Please make sure you have already provided GoDaddy with a correct contact address and have a credit card on file with GoDaddy. We do not support any other transfer methods (such as unlocking the domain and sending you an EPP or AUTH code).
It is not possible to schedule a specific time for a transfer to take place, and we have the right to remove any and all website files and DNS records on your account any moment after you submit the Account Services form.
