If you have email through Google Apps…
Please first try to recover your account through Google’s password recovery feature. If you are unable to do so, and Integrity set up the accounts for you, please contact support to request assistance. We cannot reset your password for you as management of these accounts are now between you and Google. However, we can assist you in completing Google’s verification and password recovery steps.
If you have email through Outlook.com…
Effective April 11, 2014, Microsoft discontinued the ability of third parties such as Integrity Management and Living Well Websites to register domains with the Outlook.com email service. As a result we can no longer offer Outlook.com service to our clients and are also unable to make any changes to existing service. You can continue to use the Outlook.com addresses we have created for you but it is not possible for us to add or remove any users, or to accept any new Outlook.com signups. We also do not know if Microsoft will at some point completely terminate the free Outlook.com service for businesses and custom domain names; at some point Microsoft may require you migrate to their paid Office 365 service or lose your Outlook.com service.
Integrity is unable to perform password resets or any administrative services for Outlook.com email accounts. This is a limitation imposed on us by Microsoft’s system.
If you have email through a paid provider such as Office 365, Google Apps for Business, Kerio, Rackspace, etc.
Contact your provider for assistance.
If you have the Integrity Premium Website Email package ($5 per user per month) contact support for a password reset!
