Please contact our support department using the link below and let them know the changes you need. This is a free service unless you need the changes to be made at a specific time and date or need to coordinate by phone; in either case you will need to use the Premium Support option.
If you had existing email and did not provide information about it on the “Start My Website” form, we would not have known about it to continue routing email to your existing provider. Contact support and let us know who your existing email provider is (if you can get the MX records from them, that will help us restore your email quicker).
