The Integrity Website Service includes personal, one-on-one email assistance for any editing and support questions not covered in the FAQ pages. The support form goes directly to our Head Webmaster so you do not have to deal with low-level support tiers or wait for escalation. Support is available from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except for a lunch break, and remains logged-in through both desktop and mobile applications throughout the work day, allowing your site to get the best support attention possible.
We also offer phone support in conjunction with our premium support tier. The fee for this service is $75/hour with a minimum charge of $75 per day, billed directly to your Integrity account.
