Please contact our support department using the link below and let them know the changes you need. This is a free service unless you need the changes to be made at a specific time and date or need to coordinate by phone; in either case you will need to use the Premium Support option.
If you elect to manage your own domain name (retaining the domain name in your possession and updating the nameservers to point to us) then you are responsible for annual renewals and any other upkeep of your domain name. If you neglect to renew your domain, you risk forfeiture of the domain name. Missing the renewal date will lead to your website being offline until renewed, and you may have to pay a fee of up to $100 to reactivate your domain name. If you miss the renewal date and go more than 30 days, your domain registrar has the right to sell your domain to what is called the domain name aftermarket. You may not be able to retrieve your domain name at all at that point; if you are, you will have to wait for the domain to go up for sale or up for auction. Reacquiring the domain at this point could cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. This is a completely legal and standard procedure for domain registration companies. Integrity Management has no part in this; if you manage your own domain name we are unable to provide any assistance with renewal or recovery. If we manage the domain for you, then renewal is our responsibility and your website will not expire.
If you do lose your domain name, we will not be able to help you get it back. However, we can register a new domain for you and move your website over to it. The new domain may, however, take a while to show up in search engine results and you will have to update all stationery, business cards, advertisements, and anything else connected to the old domain name.
