The “Make an Appointment” and “Contact Us” forms on your website are routed to the email address associated with your website. We will need to update the address associated with your website on our end in order to resolve this issue.
If the address associated with the website is correct and you are still not receiving emails, the issue is probably with your email provider. Please choose the “Further Troubleshooting & Assistance” support option.
Advanced: If your website uses “A record IP pointing” (rather than having your site nameservers pointed to Integrity) then the email address on your website must be on a different domain name than your website or website emails will not work. So if your website is www.mychirosite.com, your email is email@example.com, and you use IP/A record pointing to point your domain to Integrity, then you must use third party email like firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with your site. This is why we never recommend or support using IP/A record pointing to our servers but instead ask you to change the nameservers for the domain, or allow us to manage your domain name for you.
Furthermore: We do not recommend use of @yahoo.com email addresses with the Integrity Website Service. Yahoo often blocks emails from our websites. This is beyond our control and so if you are using an @yahoo.com email address with your website, you may be unable to use the Make An Appointment or Contact Us forms. Integrity Website Service Support cannot contact Yahoo to enable emails. Support may be unable to assist you if you have a Yahoo email address. In any case, the form either works or it doesn’t. We can make sure it is configured properly, but if it is configured properly and emails still do not come through, then the forms are simply incompatible with your email configuration.
